The entire cast was strong. This was an amazing series. Cancelling it was some kind of a sin.

Like everyone else, I thought Brian Austin Green was an awesome cast member. His character, Derek Reese, had his ups and downs. Overall, I liked the guy, but his attitude towards Cameron was completely irrational. I understand that he hated metal, but any soldier knows you use the weapons you have. If threatened by terminators, you certainly don't get rid of the one terminator protecting you. Also, there is NO logic behind why Cameron wouldn't have killed John already, if that was the mission

@DorianMichaelsIII Hehe, I'm glad somebody else finally said that because I felt the same way. I always hated the changes they made to Terminator with this series, but adding a brother to Kyle Reese was just silly and he wasn't even that good of a character. I prefered it when it was strictly John, Sarah and Cameron.

I absolutely, positively *hated* Derek; I thought he was an asshole here (if I had been John, Derek would have been flat on his ass with a busted nose at the very least after he said that about Cameron), and I thought he was an asshole every single moment that he was onscreen, especially whenever he interacted with Cameron-- I actually cheered when the Water Delivery Guy shot him in the head; even toasted his passing with a "Die, f**ker" and a "Good riddance to bad rubbish".
