Great stuff. Finally somebody focused on the important stuff, like these two very American vowel sounds, instead of the corny consonant sounds everybody seems to be teaching about on youtube and elsewhere. I have a question: Speaking of the pronunciation of the u in cut, do you agree we could call it Λ (the "stressed" schwa), and therefore being the equivalent to ә (the unstressed schwa?
