Speeding Ticket

Under protest and duress, all rights reserved

Drivers licenses are only used by force, there is no rrequirement to have one, there is no law against traveling at whatever speed is safe on the road, regardless of what is posted on a sign, and we all have the right to travel freely without being stopped unless there is a warrant for us or someone has witnessed us committing a crime. This was an unlawful stop, and this man handled it with grace.

So great - hiding behind the proverbial "I'm a peace lover" bush - you feel that you can determine what is a safe speed and what isn't. Sorry - life doesn't work that way - and neither does this Charlie Sprinkle's play on semantics work either. "I'm traveling...I'm not driving...I'm traveling and the car is steering all by itself". Take responsibility...its a speeding ticket - and speed kills in case you've missed any of the memos.

look it up in the motor vehicle 'code' ... 'driving' is an act of commerce.. I am not conducting commerce.. therfore I am not driving... ignorance of the law is no excuse.. and even more so.. for a public 'servant'

In the Tx Code of Transportation, not only is driving defined as an act of commerce, but 'motor vehicle' is an automobile used in commerce. Further, if you look in the 'Definitions' sections, there are two types of drivers licenses specifically defined -- one is a temporary/learner's permit, and the other is a commercial license. It's always fun to watch cops' faces when they are asked, "Officer, which of the two types licenses defines in the code are you demanding?"

A traffic ticket is a Bill of Exchange. People in the know write on the bill/ticket: "Accepted for value. Charge to account #123456789 by: signature" the Act# is your SIN/SSI number.

Ask for the top page of the ticket. If the cop refuses to give it to you he has refused presenting you the bill for payment. He has refused you the right to honor the bill/ticket. When the top page of the ticket is in the judge's hand in court he's holding the original ticket and is proof that you dishonored it.

@earthicastar It's really funny how ignorant people spout off at the mouth and have no idea what their talking about! In Alabama the MVA lists all types of vehicles as subject to MVA guide lines. So I have to travel about the common way in my personal conveyance!

(3) "Driver's license" means an authorization issued by the department for the operation of a motor vehicle.

i almost feel sorry for how incredibly stupid you are. emphasis on the 'almost'. what you are trying to do is dodge any and all accountability for your actions. instead of following laws you believe that you are above them and instead try to find loop holes to get yourself out of trouble. the only problem is that you are to fucking stupid to even begin to find loop holes. you are a criminal and you belong in a straight jacket.

I can't wait. And yes I would believe their indignation, but what they demonstrate is not ignorance. It's all a scam and they know it. I've proven it in court.

Also ask them if they are aware that the Supreme Court has ruled and upheld that there is a distinct difference between laws and statutes and that anyone who fails to differentiate between the two commits an act of fraud, making the actor an impostor in his/her office. And don't forget to inquire about Corpus Delicti. :-)
