Yep, when I start wearing a hat more and more it means I need a hair cut... But don't worry, I actually cut it last night LOL

Not in this video, I don't think it would make much sense to try and do cardio while at the same time trying to explain how to properly do tricep push downs LOL... But in all seriousness I like to do cardio training in the morning and weight training in the evening.

Long story made short my physiotherapist has me working on my posture for old shoulder injuries. i have a tendency to bring my shoulders forward when doin pushdowns. is that a bad thing?

@jerbar93
You shouldn't feel your shoulders when doing this move, all the muscle work load should be on the triceps.

i've been working out for years and until recently i've been feeling an intense sharp pain in both elbows when i begin working triceps. The pain eases up after i've been working triceps after a few sets.Hopefully this video willl help

Generally doing a proper warm up with several light sets before attempting your working weights should help. I've got a video about doing proper warm ups before training called: "Pre Workout Warm Up Routine".

Oops, sorry, I just now noticed that it cut the rest of my question off. I was wondering what is a good way to get over that 10lb hump so that I can get up to 100lbs?

@MUHAHA323
I'm not sure what you mean by the "10 pound hump" ?
