To produce such beautiful singing performances you don't just have to have been born with such a great vocal apparatus and superb ear, I think you have to be a genuinely pleasant person. That smile is not put on. It's part of her voice (which does not need training). The person who says they just like her voice is probably fibbing because I feel her warm, natural personality shines though in her singing to make it what it is. Before she opens her mouth, she has won us over!
