  • she looks so healthy and beautiful!!

  • This really does work. I drink 4 glasses of water a day with a tablespoon of cider vinegar in each. In 2 weeks I've lost 2kgs & about 1-2inches around my waist. You get used to the taste after a while.

I didn't specifically use it for weightloss, it was for indigestion, but its great for the body as an all-round detox

  • @KimiKinekie bro how and when u use vinegar for weightloss ??

  • Can you add stivia?

  • @Flint1545 Thank you for the advice :)

I'm a big fan of lemonade and balsamic vinegar :S I'll have to be careful.

    :)

  • @deyaeliza if you drink it through a straw and avoid the liquid from swishing in your mouth, that should help with the break down of dental enamel too. My dentist did tell me though that each time you take a sip of an acidic drink like this (also any drink with lemon added) you get 20 mins of acid erosion... just for every sip! So, be careful. :)

  • @leanncraigo thx!!
