A Labyrinth is a carved out pattern, similar to a maze but has an easy to follow path which leads only to the center. Walking on a labyrinth, is like a walking meditation and will help you to relax, unwind and better manage stress. It will also help you slow down your busy mind and focus step by step on getting deeper into the truth of who you are.
