  • Good point..I usually try to avoid the problem people, but its like if I avoid them, they get even more agressive or they think that because I try to stay calm I am "being weak or a push over". I got moved to another dept and one lady told me Id be happier there because the lady that made trouble was difficult to work with..but I still didnt like how the manager and supervisor acted like I wanted to leave the dept and didnt make it clear to the lady she needs to grw up and be professional
