One of the world's top DNA laboratories is in Bosnia and was created to discover the fate of the missing from Balkan wars in the 1990s.
Now the lab is helping Chile trace those who disappeared during the country's so-called "dirty war" between 1973 and 1990.
Alan Fisher reports from Sarajevo.

I was in Sarajevo last summer. I am a Chilean Jew whose parents had to leave when Pinochet was in power. I married a beautiful Bosnian Muslim. Both of us wish to be back in our home land... at least we understand each other and the power of persecution. Hopefully we can make a difference and go home. Where ever that may be.
