You can get a US passport, using the HI COLB. A passport only identifies the bearer as a US citizen, subject to the US Constitution, and treaties there under. Neither the HI COLB,
nor a passport based on it, can be used to differentiate between a native citizen, a natural
born citizen, or a naturalized citizen. Only on examination of the vital statistic record(s),
and/or a certified copy of the vital statistic record(s), can a determination of the category of citizenship be ascertained.

@MrHelldogger: In all honesty, I don't see much difference between the two "major parties". What we actually have is a One Party System masquerading as a 2 party system. Each is the other's controlled opposition. How often have we heard the word BIPARTISAN?
