any kid who has hopes of having a life of long bone care should attempt this! the more you lift in your teens the larger you make your frame. You spurt your growth potential. And here is a clear case of a buff ass dude with some short arms who hasn't worked out for even a year in his child hood/ teens yet! he will benefit from a life of physical therapy after his late 80s maybe 90s and will have it til he dies. 37 years of in physical therapy as experience.....

Great benching bro, you definitely bench more then me and im 15, my bench is only 175, im in football, i've only been lifting free weights for a month...

@DwightHowardSup3rman thats good for your age. keep it up. heres some advice! try and set a good healthy diet and find out what body type you are. some body types gain muscle faster and some have to work harder. so if you find out, then youll see how much you need to eat to help aid your muscle recovery so whenever you need to push more and get stronger youll be fully recovered and ready.
