Delta Bridge, Cotabato City 08

The Delta Bridge... This should have been built for a symbol. This is also to reduce traffic in the old Quirino Bridge, which was built way back after the second World War. It's base structure was not designed well. Instead of building a cylindrical structure, it was designed into a square. What happens is, water hyacynths get stuck on those base and accumulate until it forms into a wide land area. Eventually, water before the clooged area rises, thus, finding another river to flow, including the city of Cotabato.
