Hey I have a video that helps you beat approach anxiety. This day 3 is all about approach anxiety. There's nothing more unknown to interact with that a stranger voice on the other side of the phone. When there's no frame and you have absolutely no sense of control. Then approach anxiety kicks in. That's the secret of why Day 3 is so damn important.

yh i am in he same situation on day 3, i don't no what is bothering me its just a phone call wat is the worst that can happen, but i no i have to do it. And like you said i want to improve social be able to speak to any strantger in confiendce without a doutb in my mind. KEEP KEEPING ON
