A80 bus fire

This bus was traveling south on the A80 by Condorrat, Cumbernauld. It was on fire and pulled up just after the westfield to condorrat footbridge. A cleaning company tanker was following behind and stopped with the bus. The workers jumped out and put the fire out before the fire brigade arrived. If they had not been there, the bus would have gone up in flames and the A80 would have been shut during rush hour.

Who was the person with the hose? A gardener or a road worker or what? Anyway, great jo - no helmet, no blue lights, but fire off. Professional firefighters could not have it done much better.

What a great vid. Talk about right place at right time. Well done to Tam the man too. Although I think someone shud have stopped the traffic in the other lane. Also Why did it it take the fire brigade so long to get there. did they send them from Falkirk?!?!?

Lots of new bus is most expensive. But now what to you see that could be bus to cause be fire and then will take bus to bus garage for recovery with replacement engineering!!!

A lot of buses seem to go this way......you do go thru what to do in a fire when you do our theory test but it must be pretty scary to go thru it.
