@MichaelStevensG You think that a gun that does more damage needs a perk that gives you more health? It is stupid if anyone uses it. It is actually more annoying on those kinds of classes, because since they kill you faster, if you shoot at them and they do not die, they can just kill you really easily.

Martyrdom and Last Stand are always noob perks, but Juggernaut is optimal for two setups - W1200 and M60. If I see Juggernaut on those two, it's understandable, but on anything else it's just obvious that the person is a scrub who should go die somewhere.
