  • I have moving table because I got a bargain on eBay. It has 6um resolution. I am also building a moving head Darwin.

Yes I trust stepper motors. The XY table has came with shaft encoders which tell me it never loses steps ever.

The motors are controlled by a small microcontroller linked by Ethernet to the PC.

Full details in my blog: hydraraptor dot blogspot

  • I got a big pack of his stuff, thanks! I'm curious. How come you move the table rather than the head? Are you using any kind of position sensing or do you just trust the stepper motors? Are you controlling them with a parallel port off a PC?

  • Good isn't it?

The artist, track and website are in the credits at the end.

It is Nebula by RushJet fro 8bitpeoples. I can't repeat the address because this stupid comments facility rejects it.

    Try paza's windows psilodump remix.

  • What is this music and where can I get it?
