She was my idol when I was 10 years old and I fashioned my own singing style after her.......She still sounds the same to me at 64 years old and I will never be able to thank her for inspiring me....I am in the process of recording my rendition of this song because I love it and I will post it soon.

The song could have been written for her, Barbara Lewis does a great version, Betty Everit & Jerry Butler do a great version I would have liked to hear Dionne Warwick do this in the 60s.

To itgirl,saw francoise in concert ,what an experience,boys ,girls,men woman went wild this was in 1967 in South Africa.there are many female singers who are good.

but there is only 1 Francoise Hardy.She has aged ,haven't we all but to her fans she will always be the closest thing to heavan through her music.

itgirl thanks so much for letting us hear her music again.Have most of her vinyl records.Can connect turntable to laptop & now listen and record her music.Gift from hubby on my birthday
