Awesome theme to one of the best horror films of the last decade! i love how it combined Silence of The Lambs, Dr. Phibes, Takashi Miike and Tetsuo The Iron Man together in one as it was inspired by them to create a complex and ingenius horror film that is this generation's Elm Street.

The reason Zepp is a victim is because he always involves himself in others that he does't know, instead of worrying about his own life. Dr. Gordon even says he gets very attached to the patients. The only reason why he has to kill Alison and Diana is connected to his problem. To get out alive, he has to involve himself with people he doesn't know.
