Perform these plank variations for 60 seconds OR 10-15 repetitions. Keep the abdominals engaged throughout and do not let the lower back arch. Repeat 3 sets.

Great plank variations! I think these exercises could be adapted in order to be performed with some kind of suspension equipment (USA or TRX, etc). Thanks for sharing the video!
