From the NHK Soundtrack. The first that will be seen with English subtitles! I know there are others in OTHER languages. I was dying to see this kind of video.. so.. I did it myself. I hope you enjoy this haunting tune. One of the best from the soundtrack.

If there are any complaints, Japanese Romaji doesn't exactly translate as well into English than I thought. I will admit this is as close as it'll come. Halfway through trying to translate it myself, I checked out and saw AnimeLyrics had it pretty close. The song is not owned by me, or the picture YET I did make this video.

Stop taking drugs, for one. Eat an organic diet. Exercise more. It will disappear for the most part. I can attest to it! Sounds cliche, but it's for real.

Try meditation. Try a peaceful approach. You can do anything you want. I had a horrible childhood. I felt sorry for myself a long time, but then forgave them. Anything that was done to me, it was because they were messed up themselves. It's not your fault. Do you have anyone to talk to?

I have beginning to take drugs to flee from reality, I often wander around alone late at night thinking about this songs and hopefully one day I can look back and say to my self If I survived that I can come over anything, my " mom" also want to kick me out so im soon homeless, I live on welfare....I dont even know why im writing this........Is there anyone out there that's like me? :( I feel so alone I dont know what to do............... Yes. I've been down that road several times. I have the same symptoms as you, actually. I kept myself isolated, unable to trust others or myself. Take a look at the comments on here. No one's life is perfect and everyday seems like a challenge to get thru. I've taken drastic measures to change my life, because I was sick of living the way I was. I drank and smoked pot, ate a crappy diet. Diet and drugs actually do affect you and how you feel (causes depression, etc). It's half the battle though.

There will always be moments you feel like giving up. But it would be such a waste. You are not alone. Stop running away and realize you are as great as anyone else in this universe. You have the power to change, only if you want it to. You control how you react. Healing starts from within. It might be a good thing to get kicked out, but first, you need to prepare for it. If your mother wont grow up enough to see their child needs help, then maybe you need to leave her, not the other way around.

Since then I've found a girl and experienced happy times. It's been a long time since I've been happy but my happiness doesn't spill onto others, life doesn't work that way. When it comes to human emotion there is no line that separates happiness and sorrow, it's more complicated than that.

Just I really really want you to know, the redemption, so to speak is possible. You can heal and have a normal life. It wont come right away, but it will also not take as long as you think. But it will take time to heal and get your life together. Please know you can do it, it is really possible, really really possible. But you gotta do it, and brave out. Also you will have to face to the causes of your suffering in order to stop them.

Also, I had problems after my last break down. Where I would look at something and at the side of my eye I would think I saw something. Like a boy, or a dog or some sort of other object/thing/person. I freaked me out a lot. I also had paranoia for a short period of time. But over time taking care of myself and healing these things disappear. And I did not even do drugs, I just smoked cigarettes, and even them had produced bad mental effect on me.

And rageHQ is right, healthy life and activities that help to ground you, help a lot. I did mediation and studied Zen and Christianity. All helped me a lot to understand what was happening with me. I recommend Zen or some other eastern religion or spirituality, their take on life is refreshing, as I think Christianity in recent century kinda has lost the touch a bit.
