In space, no one can hear you scream. This song, dissonant and empty, perfectly captures how alone you are, and the fact that this song is a version of nursery rhyme almost makes me think that the song is mocking the player. "You want a break? No chance. You're going to have to go through a whole space station full of horrifying creatures if you want to survive in space!"

This may or may not be my last DVGM overall depending on how I feel next Halloween. Besides... what can top this? This could be the most frightening DVGM I've ever uploaded. Listening to this theme sometimes makes me freeze on the spot in fear...

Also, I'll see if I can get my next countdown up today, but no guarantees.

  • I swear to god that evil looking Jigglypuff in the suggestions is following me O.O

  • Personally, I actually find this strangely soothing. Call me emo or goth, but this and Lavender Town are kind of hypnotic and entrancing.

Now Dead Space 2's rendition of Ring Around the Rosie, that's frightening as hell!

  • After watching a few of these, I'm starting to doubt they are even songs...

  • It never really clicked until DS2, but throughout DS, you really felt as if you were going slowly insane.
