You asked for it! This two wheel inverted pendulum Bbot robot uses all vex kit parts except these sensors:
a)Spark 5 axis IMU: 2 rate gyro, 3 axis acccelerometer. I only used 1 rate gyro and 1 accelerometer axis. ($100)
b) US Digital MA3-A-b6 absolute analog encoders. ($35 per wheel). No interrupts are necessary, used the 10bit a/d vex processor inputs.

Software MPLAB, Includes remote control with heading stabilization.

  • That is awsome! Especialy because you can use it on manual at the same time as it balances itself. I have a question. Where can I find mplab tutorials? I've been looking everywhere.
