As a kick-off to its commemoration of Women's History Month in March, the U.S. Consulate General in Jerusalem hosted all-female American rock band, Antigone Rising, for a cultural exchange program that included live performances and outreach events in the West Bank and Jerusalem, from February 25 -- 27, 2012.

    I saw Antigone Rising at The Stone Pony this past May for the first time and they rocked. I love these girls. Great band.
