dude nice vid! some good advice would be to work on your pop vault (wall up) try getting up with both arms instead of one at a time.

give the kid a break hes at least trying. parkour cant just be picked up right away. its called progression. as for the climb ups hurting his shoulder. let him go he will learn sooner or later what needs done. for me im just starting so dont take my advice to heart

@skatecoblnk567 thanks alot man, you can go far in parkour with that attitude. you will definately experiment with different types of training throughout your whole parkour experience. check out some of my newer vids man. this is 2 yearss old,. im currently putting together a sick new vid so if you subscribe you can check that one out when i finish it too peeeeeeeeace. also if you need any pk advice or wanna share some parkour experiences just send me a message man!

those were some stretches, that particular one was just stretching my calf muscles and warming up my arms.
