Lets just point out the obvious problem, school have too many people in administration and those people have inflated salaries. That is where most of the financial problems starts with most schools. Wisconsin teachers are actually making a fair salary, so clearly the union isn't being outrageous.

Then we can go back to the glory days of working for barely livable wages, no benefits, no vacation time, and my favorite, if you get injured on the job you get a foot in the ass along with your pink slip.
