Social Enterprise and Real Estate: The Role of the Private Sector in Community Development

At the 2010 Social Enterprise Conference, Professor Lynne Sagalyn, director of the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate at Columbia Business School, leads a discussion on what role the private sector should take in community development and if this role extends beyond developing only housing.
