NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT INTENDED - (Tuff 407-B) Out of New York, the flip side to 'Jive Guy', this 1965 release is one that Miss Spotswood was actually credited with her true name. She began working with Van McCoy singing lead and background vocals on his demos which she continued doing throughout the 1960's. She recorded as KENNI WOODS on Philips, The PACETTES on Regina, JACK & JILL on Maxx, The FANTASTIC VANTASTICS on Tuff, SANDI SHELDON on Okeh, The VONETTES on Cobblestone, and ANDY ALSTON & ALICE PRESLEY on Maxwell. Van McCoy and Kendra had such similar voices it is difficult to tell them apart on these records.
