  • is that spinning thing the traditional way if it is cool!

  • it's called Kurv...and we serve it over potatoes..it's very, very yummy!!

  • Then you simmer it for about an hour in lightly salted water, with whole peppercorns (5 or 6), whole allspice (4 or 5) and a few whole cloves (3) in the water. It's good warmed over too, fried in a little butter.

  • 1/3 pork, 1/3 beef, 1/3 potatoes, salt, white and black pepper (to taste) a little allspice, some onion, and beef stock to make it moist enough to stuff into hog casings.

  • I would like to know what is the stuffing
