This the last track featured on Phil's 2001 'Lake of Shadows' album.
Phil; 'I wanted this anthem to close this album as it features almost all the musicians who made this such a wonderful project [Lake of Shadows album]. Although the song is my own personal story, I think the emotion is pretty universal'.

Had a 50th anniversary with family and this track featured in our photografic DVD over the years, suited the ocassion admirably. We emigrated from Ulster in 1961

This is a wonderful arrangement by a truly gifted performer. Phil Coulter is considered one of the best and rightly so. May the Irish always be with us!
