Thanks Norman. one thing i like to do to both build my energy and practice manipulating it is try and help my plants grow, using energy medison. they want to grow, and i help give them the energy they need to.

I think that perhaps the key saying in "energy medicine" is that "energy follows intention" : so throw that good intention at the plants. JKW used to encourage me to send blessings to trees and pointed out that they are like mirrors: they bless you right back.

this is very common in china. not a lot of people believe it in the western world though. It is used in chinese martial arts too. People don't believe that works either.

Yep. Although they are usually unconditional in their blessing. unless you hurt them, they often times send energy all of the time to people even just walking past.
