I wonder who does the Korean announcements because I've heard that voice on the Seoul Metro and Kumo bus lines too. I've also hear the Korean voice do the occasional announcement in English too.

The voice doing the English flight announcements belongs to Carolyn Hopkins. ABC did a story on her a few days ago.

Hanna City tour give free bus ride plus free lunch if you sign up for the trip. When you book your ticket with travel agency on Asiana Airline, ask for free city tour. Travel agency will set you up, and all free of charge. I go to downtown everytime i had a lay over at ICN

Does Seoul Accept Non-Ticketed Passangers past security or not.

I don't think so. However, there is actually a lot of stuff before security, including a whole slew of restaurants and shops.

Oh, one more thing, when going back to the airport, if you are taking a bus, you will need to give yourself a lot more time. Traffic can be pretty bad in Seoul at certain times, and they also have to make a couple of stops. It took a little more than an hour and a half to get to the airport from Seoul. Also the Korean Air bus comes every hour I think. Hope that helps!

Hi, I'm probably not the best to ask, as transportation was organized for all of us but I think the bus is the best way to go. Incheon Airport is about an hour away from Seoul, so if that's where you're headed, then it should only cost about 15 000 - 20 000 KRW to get to the city. On the way back to the airport, we took the Korean Air Airport Limousine (a big bus). There are various stops throughout the city, and from Seoul, it only cost 15 000 KRW to get to the airport.
