Does it weigh less than 70kg ? If not its no good as it falls in the registered aircraft class with all the cost and red tape that comes along with it.

is this really flying ????? or just a toy, a boat ??? is this really flying ?? AND, how safe ?? stall behaviour ... etc. ... WHERE are the in flight demo videos ?? WHICH aircraft magazin has tested it ?? there are some more ways of flying ultralight planes on floats, same price (including balistic parachute rescue system) !! for example, Quicksilver on Full-Lotus-Float AND 2 seater !!! Also available with as an amphibium. In the past I flew one of them. Very safe and approved.

in finland this cost about 25.000 euro . and it can fly ,weigth about 70 kilos, everyone must buy one from finland or came finland to try it , in finland this is a flying object or somethink like that so you dont need pilot lisense to fly that plane,
