Of course men can discuss rape as well as women. Of course, the standing point is different and the rape of male victims is not as popular a topic in the media or the society at large. It happens outside of penal institutions as well, even if not as often as for women. Reminds me a lot about how, for example, domestic violence by women towards men goes undiscussed a lot.

Anyway, rape is always horrible.
