  • i bet with your shaved head you are feal fast lol haha jk

  • lol u are like a dolphin???? lol

  • if you are thinking about trying out.... it is about heart.

  • This exact video and the help of a retired SEAL is what helped me lose my gut and love handles. Started at age 52 and now that I am 53 I use out Olympic Sized Pool at the Center where I live. I do 40 laps alternating on each side. I count one trip going and the return as one lap for a total of 80 trips or 40 laps in 55 minutes. On some days I only do one handed. Thanks for uploading this justdfactsmaam!!!!! Truly grateful!!!!

  • @FadeToBlack1911 You can try using a massage stick or pizza roller to massage your shins before you begin running. It will encourage blood flow to the area and allow your shins to warm up without placing them under stress. That treats the symptoms. However, the primary causes of shin splints are ill-fitting running shoes and heel-striking while you run. Trying increasing your running cadence (to 180 strikes/min) and keeping your feet underneath you while you run to avoid heavy heel drops.

  • @FadeToBlack1911 i used to run cross country (70 mile weeks) and have ran a 4:47 mile. im not bragging just listing my qualifications so you know I'm credible. It has nothing to do with technique. Just time. Most people get shin splints especially when they up the intensity or mileage. Just keep at it and they will go away with time. There is nothing else you can do.

  • @justdfactsmaam i didnt see what the guy your replying to said? what does the push ups help you with?

  • @FadeToBlack1911 yes, specifically the midfoot. if you land on your balls of the feet a little too much that can lead to shin splints too. your heel should slightly kiss the ground after landing on midfoot. that should lower the impact on your joints and leg and make you run longer without shin splints. take it slow!

  • @looopandlooop just out of curiosity where is it supposed to land, i think its the balls of the feet, right?

  • @FadeToBlack1911 shin splints are commonly from bad running technique. when you run, where does the foot land first? if you land heel first, that's your problem
