This recipe is for Cumberland sauce - a classic British condiment perfect for your holiday table. It goes so well with things like ham, turkey, duck, and goose. Not only is it a great change of pace from the usual cranberry sauce, it's so simple to make!

  • @lorr6 unless you are going to preserve it, I should think freezing some and keeping only the amount you will use in a few days in the refrigerator is the way to go with this.

  • Hi made this today for my niece and i for our lunch as we love cumberland sauce but cannot seem to get it in N.Ireland but this is what I was wondering if I was too make this and put it in a jar do you know how long it would keep for.

  • I love it. Thanks for the upload.
