9/12 at 5:15pm - Everyone Starts Running (not due to WTC7)

This has been investigated further and the general consensus (including testimony) is that it was filmed on 12-Sep-2001 in the late afternoon.

dumb asses. they called because the buildilng was unstable . it makes sense that there was rumbling. so to avoid having the building fall on them and kill them they had to run fast
