Spyderco Military: Knife Review

This is one of my most favorite knives: Spyderco Knives, Military features: 4" flat ground CPMS30V blade, 5/32" thick, with jimped thumb ramp and hole for ambidextrous one hand opening, and G10 handle, 5 1/2" closed, with nested linerlock, back spacers for easy field cleaning, 3 point attachment metal pocket clip (mounted over the pivot screw) and lanyard hole. Available in plain, part serrated and serrated edge. 9 1/2" overall, 4oz

Congrats on the Military, I still prefer the Paramilitary over the Military, but still a fine blade. Wickedly sharp, just Wicked!

I'm about to purchase a spyderco military and I can decide whether or not it's worth it to pay and extra 20 bucks for the black blade. Does the black blade actually give the knife any advantages or is it just for looks?

sypderco's knives are so great that if they don't put "earth" you'll mistaken it for preditor's pocket knife.

That is a very sweet looking knife, has a sweet lookin price tag as well! lol

The thing I dont like about it is the plunge line. It meets the ricasso so close that it looks like it would be a bit harder to sharpen that little area closest to the plunge line, but really the looks make up for that.

Man it is good to see companies returning to production here on earth, it is about damn time, I am tired of outsourcing to the damn martians!

I own it, it is my EDC. My favorite of all time folder, Only issue is the inability to switch the clip. Still my favorite folder.

great vid, i just got a sprint run para 2 in CTA-20CP, it is the first blade that come close to a reeves knife for F&F, so now i am becoming a spydy fan
