@jennyomalley This is a snippet of the general attitude.4- Transsexuals who describe themselves and their history in ways which do not perfectly fit his model are always lying (this is not an inference, this is something he explicitly states)

The way in which people are treated at Charring Cross is no only dreadful but against Human Rights. They get away with it because people are frightened to complain. It's not a treatment clinic as such but rather a Research centre. There whole ethos seems to be of hidden disdain towards Transsexuality. The N.H.S. have given them absolute power of Authority.
