The sax notes are too quantized, making them sound unnatural. I like the trumpet falls in the middle, though. Thumbs up for the effort. ;)

pretty sick, but the horns dont swing. nice job on the pitch bends..

use regroove because sax sound like from machine.
btw some notes of sax is too long for me - use volume automation

All this type of music is very hard to produce with Reason/any other software, without using authentic, real instruments.
It's as close to perfect that you could get with Reason... but maybe you want to try very slight pitch modulation in long notes, just to give it a bit tremolo and movement?
Just a suggestion :)
I'm trying to do jazz with Reason too, that's why I stumbled upon your video.
