She's responsible for attempted murder with a deadly weapon (a car). She's responsible for violating the terms of her probation repeatedly.
90 days in jail is very lenient, and the same thing any normal person would have gotten.
To put words in YOUR mouth - by that logic, someone who goes on a shooting spree but missed their intended victims did nothing wrong.

@twinkicoo By that logic, she'd deserve life imprisonment or the death penalty. The idea that she's somehow responsible for another person's crime of killing someone is an absurd assumption.

@rsn43 That's such a stupid, stupid thing to say. Driving under the influence is not a victimless crime. In the United States, someone is killed by a drunk driver every 45 minutes. (12,000 per year)
She was lucky she didn't kill someone, but that does not make DUI a victimless crime. Just ask anyone who has lost a loved one to a drunk driver.
Jail and rehab is exactly what she needs. It's called a reality check.

Jail time is absurd for Lindsey! Victimless "crime" laws like DUI have turned this country into a relentless nanny police state with overstuffed prisons. The state should let her go and mind their own damned business!
