you don't explain anything in this video. It would be like me saying... You need to work on your toes, strengthen those toes and you will jump higher. You have to explain why this is before people will care or even believe you.

@bmdjackson I have flat feet and Im also 5'9. My vertical sucks but I run faster than anyone I know. I ran top speed side by side with a car at 23mph for about half a block. My trick is to forget about the heel since you have flat feet you can run on your forefoot. It might take a little practice but that's my secret try it fellow flat footers!!

Feet-feet-feet are important. Look at the number of bones and muscles that are there we can't ignore the reality. Study the body and build strong feet. Also develop strength in your jumping muscles.

i had plantar fascia from dunking too much, now i just take it easy and just pass the ball and hit 3's ....

flat feet make u jump higher but does it go with running too? for example if u have flat feet will u run faster then if u have arched feet..??
