Great progress man! from the looks of it in your 8 months after picture your about where i am, that is just according to the arm length (i think mines about 14). With that said i think you could easily get 200+ on bench, because thats close to what I'm getting up.

@runescapeo0o0 dude 2 lbs in a week is believable, its not like he said, "Ive gained 2 lbs a week for 6 months", now thats just ridiculous.

I'm 16 and weigh 135.8 pounds at my heaviest i'm quite lean i would say in muscle definition but not as big as i would like to be. I'm considering to get the weight gainer 900 as my next protein supplement but i heard it can get you fat and that's the last thing i want lol has anyone used the weight gainer here or could give me some advice as to how i can get gain more muscle mass without getting fat
