Description
In this film, graphic novel author Michael Steele (Eric Roberts - Dark Knight, The Expendables) reads the first edition of his Comic Book Series "Guns Drugs & Dirty Money" to his 10 year old nephew. As he reads, the movie quickly transitions to the underground world of the crime-ridden streets of Detroit. Where soon to retire mob enforcer Nino Capazo is out for revenge after all his assets have been frozen by New york crime boss Benito Fontaine. Marked for death, on the run and no one on the outside to turn too. He turns to the inside. Inside Jackson State Prison lies his answer, Rio. A former partner in crime. Nino helps him escape to round up a crew new bloods who are forced into attempting the biggest heist in FBI history. THE TOKEN TAKEDOWN Guns, Drugs and Dirty Money. The three main ingredients to a soup of destruction, revealing one mans tale to the american dream. Plot Outline
The Guns, Drugs & Dirty Money film principle photography was shot Detroit and it's surrounding area's under the direction of John Anton, who is also the writer and producer of the production.

Anthony Moscato (Setup, Demoted) stars as Nino Capazo a retired mob enforcer.

Alex Safi (Setup, Game of Death) as Jimmy Andre who is in charge of money laundering operation in the Detroit Area for New York Crime boss Big Benny Fontaine.

Jason Waugh (Right Angle, Stone, Meet Monica Velour) along with Carlos Rubio & Cal Somers who star as three goofballs (Gom, Slick & Charlie) who are forced into robbing the mob of 100 million dollars in cold hard cash.

Rich Goteri (Setup, Real Steel, Machine Gun Preacher, Stone) stars as Mad Dog Billy Fontaine son of Big Benny Fontaine.

Eric Roberts (The Expendables, Dark Knight) stars as graphic novel author Michael Steele. Eric Roberts met John Anton on the set of Intent who hired in as an armorer and provided all the weapons and swat gear for the feature. At that time John Anton asked Eric Roberts to do the part.

James Hyde (Passions, Las Vegas, CSI) is a hired gun as Hitman Hawk Henderson.

Gerard Montour as Rio.

John Anton cast most his actor as he met them on the set of different movies he acted in. For example he met Alex Safi and Jason Waugh during the shoot of Biker Zombies, Anthony Moscato, Rich Goteri, Geri Cooper on the set of 61*. Eric Roberts on Intent. Sarah Szydlowski on The Evil Offspring. John Anton says " I like to met the actors and get to know them before I cast them"
