a slide show that i put together myself....
an introduction...
this slide shows the work of two photographer. one who has dedicated his whole life to photography, the other who has been an actress and a painter before taking up the camera seriously if somewhat sporadically. helmut newton and alice springs have lived together for fifty years...they have collaborated closely on exhibitions but neither is usually present at the other's photographic sittings...
an interesting aspect of these pictures is the fact that neither one has influenced the other's way of approaching their subjects...
