If its 2jz swapped why you shifting at 6100... its defenatly a late 89 and up model cuz toyota counter balanced cyl. 2 and 5 witch brought down the rev limit to 6200rpm unlike the 86.5 to 1989.5 that reved too 6500rpm. Its a 7M no doubt in my mind
