So what is going on and where is this? I'm going to go out on a limb and say Turkey although I heard a few Arabic words.

@peraja it is "şeker" not sexer :) means "sugar".. and it is not just "şeker"; it is "şeker spor / amasya" the sports club he is representing. 'Amasya' is the city name, and "şeker spor" or u can call as "sugar spor" is the sport club of that city. (sugar part is not because of smth "cute", most probably because they might have sugar factory over there, and that factory founded a sport club.. it is how it usually happens)
