Hey, i just recently started with yoga and i was extremely unflexible :p so i've been stretching everything for the last week or so and am now at the point where i can easily touch the ground with straight knees(i used to be a good 20 cm short on day 1). I'm enthused about my progress there but my joints and muscles have become increasingly sore, nothing extreme, only feel it when stretching even a little bit. Do you think i should just keep at it or give my joints some time to recover?

Dashama, OH my god, i love that you incorporate so much hamstring work in your videos, earlier this week, i couldn't touch my toes & doing your videos every day, now i can! i can't believe it!
