RUTA is known in real life as Ruth Fremah Amofah and is one of Ghana's female rappers and hiplife artistes. She is called Ruta because she prefered to use her initials which is Ru(Ruth) and A(Amofah). Ruta means 'Ruth Amofah' and 'Rap Princess' means Kasahare Henebaa.
The dancer and singer was the first female to compete with boys in TV3 Talented Kids competition in Ghana. She reached the finals of the competition and rock the stage alongside Hiplife GrandPapa, Reggie Rockstone. She was ordained by Reggie which described her as the HIPLIFE. She is now out with her single album, Dance 2geda. the album has another track called Say My Name. This is a freestyle dedicating it to her funs. Ruta has come to stay. 4 real.
