thanks for posting; I downloaded machi mislabeled as Bjork on Limewire a long time ago and then searched with it on a discman through every record store i could get to; i finally found her, ordered her albums and have been in love ever since. definitely a shame she's doing more pop-style work, the sound throughout "irony" is definitely one gone missing from today's musical offerings. She's still really badass though

Translating it would ruin it... it'd put more emphasis on the meaning of the words rather than the sound of them... personally i just like to listen to them in the way the artists intended them to be heard ;)

この曲が大好きです。深夜の山手線でボンヤリとウォークマンでこの曲を聞きながら、ワザと一周しました。あの時は何かを忘れたかったのだと思います。そして、何を忘れたのかを、今となっては忘れてしまいました。
