Do you think the 88 palette contains all the colors of the neutral (28) palette? Trying to decide which one to get. Thanks!

The 88 palette definitely doesn't have all the colors of the neutral palette.
I use my neutral palette almost every day, I would suggest getting that one first and then getting the 88 in the future. The 88 has some great colours, but that neutral palette is just indispensable.

It's actually Calypso by Spiderbait...but they were both used in 10 Things I Hate About You, so I can see how you might get confused!
